You are not able to charge the car before returning it?:
depending on your consumed energy, the following sums will be invoiced:
- 0%-10%: €5
- 10%-20%: €5
- 20%-30%: €2,50
- 30%-40%: €2,50
- 40%-50%: €2,50
- 50%-60%: €2,50
- 60%-70%: €2,50
- 70%-80%: €2,50
- 80%-100%: no fee
Additionally there will be a fee of 3€ for each 10% of missing energy.
Example: You rent the car with 100% battery and return it with 50%. You will be charged 3×2,50€ + 3×3€ = 16,50€. 50% battery will get you around 150km in urban traffic.
Diesel comparison: a diesel-powered transporter consumes around 8l/100km, so for 150km you will need 12l. At a price point of 1,60€ per liter diesel you would have to pay 12 x 1,60€ = 19,20€ (and this price tag does not tell the ecological truth).
